Christians Against Poverty
Are you weighed down by debt? Leading debt counselling charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP) has been running since 1996, and we partnered with them to set up the Northampton CAP Debt Centre, through which CAP's free debt counselling service is now available across a wide area.
The centre is led by Jane Wake, Debt Centre Manager, and covers the Northampton Area.
If you are finding your debts difficult to manage, call CAP on Freephone 0800 328 0006. They will have a confidential chat with you on the phone and can arrange for someone from the Northampton CAP Centre to meet you in the privacy of your own home. Alternatively, you can click the Debt Help button to see what's available in your area.
You may think that your situation is impossible, but there is hope. CAP's friendly team can provide a real solution to your debts, and is completely free. CAP have helped thousands of people in situations like yours.
The CAP head office will work with your creditors to stop them contacting you, taking the pressure off, and they will work out a budget with you which may be challenging but will be achievable. Life gets better as you no longer get letters demanding payment, you pay into your bank account to pay your creditors off and you can start seeing a future free from debt.
At Mount Pleasant we are interested in you as a person, and as well as helping you through the debt minefield we will listen, support and journey with you through life's difficulties. We will offer to pray with you, share our faith and show you how you can also experience peace, joy and forgiveness through God.
We also run The CAP Money Course, please click here for local courses.
